Our friends at Ortho RI - the official Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Partner of the RIIL - will be hosting another round of FREE pre-participation physicals for any RIIL high school student-athletes who have not had one this school year and still need one in preparation for the winter sports season. These exams will be held Wednesday, November 12th, from 5:00pm-6:30pm at 300 Crossings Blvd. in Warwick. The attached flyer (which is also pictured below) provides more information. We have partnered with the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center, www.mlkccenter.org, to start a Food Bank at Tiverton High School. Families of Tiverton Public School students facing food insecurity may visit the Tiverton High School Food Bank on Tuesdays beginning August 27th. The food bank will be open September 2nd 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm and every following Tuesday (excluding school holidays). When visiting the food bank, please enter through the main doors, and turn left after the office. Please bring your own bags if you have them. The only requirement is that families will need to provide their student's name(s) and number per household. Please contact Lee Ann McCarthy at lmccarthy@tivertonschools.org for more information.

Huge congratulations to our Tiverton High School Girls Softball State Champions! The team was recognized at tonight’s School Committee meeting for their incredible season. We are so proud of their hard work, dedication, and championship spirit! 🏆

Our girl's softball team will be playing in the State Championship game this Sunday, June 8 at 4:00PM @ Rhode Island College vs Cranston East High School.
